Do you think the amount of money you or your friends have is important in your friendships? Tell why or why not and give an example from your experience or a book you've read to back up your point.

Yes because If someone is short money it's always good to help out a friend. For example if you're out to lunch with friends and someone doesn't have enough for the meal another friend could spot them some money and later on they will pay them back

No because if you are friend with someone who has money and you are just friends with them because they have money then you aren't a good friend. I think people who think that it matter aren't your friends.

The amount of money I have and the amount of money my friends have does not affect our friendship at all. When I go out with my friends we always try to have money to do something fun. If my friends have money and I don't it does not usually matter. We will either find something else to do, or we will help each other out.

I believe that it is not the most importance thing in a friendship but it can make a difference. If one friend has more money and can, for example, buy a car and the other friend cannot, it means the friend with a car will drive all the time. This can make the friend with the car frustrated because they are always responsible to do the work and pay for gas.

Money in a friendship does not matter. Money is only paper with worth that is invisible friendship is a connection between human beings. I could be poor or rich and still be friends with the opposite.

I do believe that money can affect the friendships with people. This is because when you have a lot of money you start to be with different crowds. And when you do that more commonly you will soon only hang out with that wealthy crowd, like joining a country club. Also life is revolved around money and sadly, in some way having fun requires money. You play with the kid with the cool toys or your neighbor with the nice pool or your cousin who has a big back yard. In some way money has to do with whom you are friends with and already does.
